Subsequently, under the witness of the leading guests, Zhongshan Investment Holding Banfu Fund of Funds, jointly funded by Zhongshan Banfu Town Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Venture Capital Co., Ltd., was officially established, with a fund scale of 1 billion yuan. The establishment of the fund is another important measure for Banfu Town to actively build a "5+N" modern industrial system and promote the realization of a virtuous cycle and positive development of science and technology-industry-finance, and opens a new chapter in the construction of financial support projects. Yuan Cheng, a member of the town party committee, also signed a credit agreement with the Banfu branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Banfu branch of the China Construction Bank, and the two banks each granted 10 billion yuan of credit to enterprises in Banfu Town.

At the conference, honorary medals were also awarded to enterprises that have won 14 awards such as "National Specialized, Special and New Little Giant Enterprise", "2023 Outstanding Contribution Award for Economic Development" and "High-tech Enterprise", setting up enterprise benchmarks, paying tribute to outstanding entrepreneurs, and further stimulating the enthusiasm of entrepreneurs for innovation.
